We love to ride and hope you do too. We’re a small boutique operation and would appreciate your cooperation in finding the size that works best for you. If you are feeling unsure of what size to order, we are happy to help sort it out, please send us an email or contact us on social media and we will get you into the proper size for your body type. Change your mind or something just isn’t fitting perfectly? Not a worry, check out the return and exchange policy to see what to do next.

• All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of receiving product
• The product cannot and should not have been used, worn or washed and must be returned with original tags (please leave undergarments on while trying on bib shorts)
• Final sale items are final, and are not eligible to be returned
• When returning carmel products, please ensure that they are well wrapped and protected
• carmel reserves the rights to deny any return that does not meet the criteria outlined above
